This post is a simple one, but a very important one. It’s about optimizing a taco salad (or any other food item) if you’re just adding grilled or roasted chicken to it.

It’s not as healthy as ordering at home; but if you make this on the side instead of ordering a large meal, then you might be able to save yourself 10% or more! And since it was only 2 eggs and 3 slices of lettuce per person I think this would be considered “healthy eating” by most people in most states or countries.
